Is Jesus Christ A Great Prophet?

"Who has ascended into heaven, or descended? Who has gathered the wind in his fists? Who has bound the waters in a garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is his name, and what is HIS SON'S NAME, if you know?" Proverbs 30:4 Who is this SON "who has established all the ends of the earth?" On the Dome of The Rock mosque on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem is written, "God has no Son." Oh the vileness of Satan, to put such blasphemous words on the very most holy place on earth, to declare on that holy mount that God has no Son! This shows only so obviously who the god of Islam is. "Who is a LIAR but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son. Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also." 1st John 2:22-23 So who is the father of Islam? Who is behind that blasphemous declaration on the Temple Mount? Whoever it is ...is a liar, says the Word of God. Jesus said of Satan: "He was a MURDERER from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, FOR HE IS A LIAR AND THE FATHER OF IT." John 8:44 What are the main teachings of the Muslims' "holy book," the Koran? One is violence and murder, and the other is lies and deceit. That they prescribe murder we all know. But they also prescribe deceit. In fact, it is a principle in Islam called "Taqiyya" that says you are to deceive "the infidel" ...us, that is. So their "holy" book directs their followers to commit violence and to deceive all who are not Muslim. Jesus made it very clear then, that Islam is the religion of Satan. Islam lies and Islam murders. It is not "politically correct" to make such statements. It is impossible to be politically correct and to walk in truth. What is of the world will always oppose the Word of God. One must decide which he will adhere to, because you can't have it both ways. When Jesus walked this earth, can you imagine him being "politically correct?" Neither can his followers be politically correct. It may cost you to walk in truth. The decision each must make is whether to follow Jesus Christ, or whether to take up what the world values, that which is politically correct ...but full of lies. You can't do both. They oppose each other. And they always will. Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is God who came into our world and took on humanity in order to become the atoning sacrifice for the sins of mankind, for all who will be born again through faith in him. He spoke often of his "Father." He made it very clear that he is the Son of the Father. Truly God, and truly human. Truly the Son of God. Islam says that it recognizes Jesus. Oh yes, ask any Muslim and they will tell you that. Oh yes, they say, Jesus was a great prophet! Well the question then, is this: if Jesus was a great prophet, why do they not believe what he said? Do great prophets lie? Of course not, otherwise they wouldn't be prophets, a prophet speaks the truth. So ...if Jesus is a great prophet, why do they not believe what he said about himself? He clearly said that he is the Son of the Father, and that he came to be crucified as the atoning sacrifice for the sins of men. This is what the "great prophet" said about himself. But this ...they absolutely deny. Hear the words of Jesus, whom they call a great prophet: "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6 No one, absolutely no one, can come to God, except through Jesus Christ. "Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is NO OTHER NAME under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12 And that is the truth.
